Join us for the Helix Heroes 5K, a morning of movement, community, and purpose at Red Leg Brewing! This isn't just a race; it’s a celebration of the unsung heroes in our families—the parents and "typical siblings" of those with high-support needs.
Whether you’re a competitive runner, a casual walker, or a supporter of local families, there is a place for you here. Start your morning at our Hero Expo Village, where you can connect with local sponsors and enjoy the pre-race energy. From our inclusive accessible path start to our competitive 5K and wheelchair races, every step you take helps fund the dreams, sports, and passions of siblings who often put their own needs last.
